Most companies have a vision and some values. Very few use the vision or values for anything practically meaningful and therefore get little or nothing in return for having them. In order to achieve the vision, we need to behave in line with our values on a daily basis - behaving means showing respect for the values and avoiding trampling on or neglecting them. It's challenging ("the narrow path"), but makes it easier to choose the right one
