Effective teams

In most companies, results are created by several people working together in teams. Individual competence and the ability to work together are crucial. It's easy to understand that if you want to cross the North Sea in a rowing boat in the winter, you can't afford to have one in four rowers who aren't very good at rowing. Nor is it good if someone refuses to cooperate with the person next to them or the two in front. Consistency and a high level of competence among everyone in the team is crucial and the very basis for achieving the goals.
